This is the best website I’ve visited…

This is the best website I’ve visited so far, the costumer service is so fast that I don’t even have to wait two seconds to communicate with an assistant.

I have had a wonderful experience with…

I have had a wonderful experience with 1800 contacts instead of lens direct. The customer service was excellent, and they appreciated my business. Lens direct left me high and dry when I let them know I didn’t receive my correct prescription, and I went ahead and let 1800 contacts know about it. They were more than happy to expedite my order and get the contacts I needed quickly. I wanted to write this review to show customer service is appreciated, and I will be doing business with them for all my contact's needs.

I ordered lens on 9/14/22 around 3:00pm…

I ordered lens on 9/14/22 around 3:00pm and my order arrived today. I was shocked it was so fast. I had placed an order with another company and kept getting the run around that the lens were in back order- had to order from manufacture- delivery dates kept changing and the order for the 3rd time was to be today. I received an email a couple of days ago and the update said I would have to wait another month. I requested a refund since my credit card was charged right away. I was told the funds were on hold which was a lie. I will wait to see 9/15/22 if the credit is there since I was told the cancellation refund takes up to 48 hours- will never again use other comapny and will always use 1800 Contacts

Prescription Wrong - Contacts not in Stock

I had been ordering contacts for a while from them. The prescription on file, after going through their digital eye exam process, isn't even for the same contacts I've been wearing. Now I can't even use the prescription. To make matters worse, the contacts I need won't be in stock for 8 weeks. I have a useless prescription that I can't take elsewhere, and no contacts for 8 weeks. Terrible.

Honestly there’s no where else I’ll buy contacts. If there’s anything ever wrong they replace or exchange my contacts and my order is always the best price and shipped quickly.

Always a great deal and great service

Always a great deal and great service. I have a weird script, so I appreciate the variety they offer. Whenever I have an issue, customer service is super helpful too!

AMAZING Customer Service!!!

I have been ordering contact lenses from 1-800 Contacts since I started wearing them 2-3 years ago and when I get a new prescription or change in brand I have so many questions but I always get the best customer service reps. They literally never fail to help me with any of my questions or concerns. Their shipping is fast and convenient, super affordable as well. Never had a bad experience.

I love that my contacts are shipped…

I love that my contacts are shipped right to my front door! They remind me when I am about to run out of contacts so that I can order more before it’s an emergency!!!!

Price increases without notice!!!!

After researching costs of contact lenses I came to 1-800 Contacts because they advertised the best price. After entering my information you get to view your cart. It shows the price plus the discounts. After you select checkout, prices are no longer visible. You select to enter your insurance benefits, they accept it. You enter your credit card information. You've done the math and figured our what your total should however, once you submit the order the price increases by $80+. You recalculate...still can't figure it out. You opt for the online chat. Then they tell you that...oh if you use your insurance, the discounts do not apply. You're not even eligible for the rebates. No where in the check out process does it mention this. It's a scam...they hide the prices during the check out process so you have NO idea until your submit what they're charging you. If they hadn't have already applied my insurance I would have cancelled this order, but we all know how difficult it would have been to get my benefit back. I will NEVER order from this company again. If you're considering them WATCH OUT!

Hello I have the 30 day air optic and wanted to try the disposables .Do I order the same strength in that l lense

You would need to get a daily disposable fitting from your eye doctors office before changing brands. Each brand contains specific measurements and if they aren't correct can effect the clarity of your vision. The doctor's office usually will give you a 5 day trial to make sure they work before finalizing the prescription to order.
